Extend your home with your dream living space

When a property is in the ideal position but not quite the specification required, it’s time to plan an extension. As with all building projects, careful planning is needed to make sure that the position and spec meet expectations. At C. Ratcliffe Builders Ltd., we have an experienced team that will help plan an extension that meets all requirements.

Our design team guides clients through the entire process, discussing individual requirements, construction techniques, installations, finish and budget implications. We take care of the utility services that a new extension will require and make sure that they are all installed to meet building regulations. All materials and finishes are carefully sourced to make sure that the extension is compatible with the rest of the property. Our team has the capability to achieve excellence over a broad range of disciplines, saving you the time and hassle of co-ordinating multiple tradesmen, making the project as smooth as possible.

We have built up an exceptional relationship with the very best suppliers and craftsmen. This allows us to offer competitive rates and provide value for money with a truly personal service. We see every project as a unique opportunity to exceed our clients’ expectations and pride ourselves on going that extra mile so we achieve a high quality finish. We are a member of the Federation of Master Builders and LABC and a CHAS accredited contractor.
