This project set on the edge of a delightful village first started out as just a ‘Shell Only’ build since the clients preferred to undertake the internal work using local tradesmen. However, the clients were so impressed with Team Ratcliffe that they decided after wind and weathertight to give us the whole job! This is a solid brick and block traditional family home with three floors and the attic area serving as an home office for Paul who is a self employed accountant. Built in conjunction with a leading self-build package company; it was completed in a mere 7 months to the highest of standards.
