This dwelling achieved an air pressure result of 1.9 m3.h-1 .m-2 @50Pa which clearly demonstrates the high level of workmanship that Team Ratcliffe achieved on this project. Even in the middle of the global pandemic, the project was completed in September 2020, some 10 months after starting.
