Joanne and I are absolutely delighted with the final product – our dream home!
From the minute we met Christian and Dan we knew we were dealing with people who were both very professional and understood what we needed and ‘got us’. Our project was a little complicated in that it was merging old with new on a listed building, had several interfaces to manage and was split into discreet phases.
Ratcliffe submitted a keen price which they stuck with from start to finish – they did what they said they would do (and more) with the inevitable extras being amicably managed.
The on-site team led by Lee were skilled and hard working. Most impressive of all was that the whole team were interested in the job and quite often made suggestions and voiced great ideas to both us and our architect Iain Orme, which we were able to incorporate into the final result!! The whole team and multiple sub-contractors were all, to a man, polite and good fun to be around and often bought the bacon rolls on a Friday!
Joanne and I are absolutely delighted with the final product – our dream home! and also have the peace of mind that if there are any snags going forward the team will be there to make good.
